We have two gardens at Ravenswood Fellowship - A Japanese style Memorial Garden and a Community Garden.
The Memorial Garden
The Memorial Garden is quite possibly the main attraction at Ravenswood Fellowship! The construction and design, led and executed by the late Hiroshi Kaneka turned out to be a timeless masterpiece. But what pushes the garden to another level is the beautiful fish pond that's in the heart of it all. The Memorial Garden is a place of peace and blissful silence. Lots of credit goes to Ed Pool, B.J. Fukawa and Jack Perconte who currently maintain the garden and the fish pond.
The Community Garden
We have several planting beds behind the Sanctuary Building that form our Community Garden. Open to members of the Congregation as well as the local community, the Community Garden provides an opportunity for urban gardening.
